NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 14, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-000641, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR CASCADE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST HB3 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF REBA C. GURLEY, DECEASED; GARY GURLEY; JOHN GURLEY; WILLIAM LAYNE GURLEY; PIPER GURLEY A/K/A PIPER WILBANKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY INTEREST TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC S/B/M NORWEST MORTAGE, INC.; SPINEL AT SAPPHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on February 29, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2309 OF SPINEL AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1770, PAGES 1998 THROUGH 2087, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
