NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11th, 2024, entered in Case No.: 21-CA-009597 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein 5950 SBA Loan 1, LLC, is Plaintiff, JOHN T. GUY et al, are defendants, the Clerk will set to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via online auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of March 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 107, TAMPA RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3450, Pge 1175, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, according to the Condominium Play recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 27, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the clerk within sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After sixty (60) days, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
