YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition to Convert Estate to Summary Administration and a Petition for Summary Administration and an Amended Petition to Determine Beneficiaries, and a Motion to Approve Service of Process by Publication have been filed in this court. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are:

on or before 02/26/24, and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
This Notice of Action shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer, Hillsborough County, Florida.
