TO: the unknown heirs of Olive Jessie Heads, also known as Olive Cheetham Heads, and all parties claiming interests by, through, or under Olive Jessie Heads or her unknown heirs; all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the estate of Olive Jessie Heads; and any others to whom it may concern:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Administration of Lost or Destroyed Will has been filed in the above Court by the Petitioner, Pamela Baines, under chapter 733 of the Florida Statutes, seeking to admit to probate a copy of the Last Will and Testament of Olive Jessie Heads, also known as Olive Cheetham Heads, dated June 13, 1997.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and/or objections, if any, on the plaintiff's attorney, Brandon D. Bellew, Esq., Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, 311 Park Place Blvd., Ste. 300, Clearwater, FL 33759, [email protected] and [email protected], on or before March 01, 2024 , (30 days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer - Pinellas) and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, either before service on the petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise the Court may proceed ex parte to grant the relief demanded in the Petition for Administration of Lost or Destroyed Will.
