NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2023 entered in Case No. 22-002848-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA KAHLES AND UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of March, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
