NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 1233, KAPOK MANOR CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE ONE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Pages 48-51, inclusive; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4353, page 875, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1233 N. McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 14, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
