Final Judgment was awarded on January 26, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-008721-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and NELSON JAVIER ECHEVERRIA DAVILA; DILMA ANNIE CARRION CUEVA; LAKE SAWYER SOUTH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
