NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 30, 2024, and entered in Case No. 412023CA003527CAAXMA, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff and MARIA DELEON A/K/A MARIA DE LEON, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court for MANATEE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29TH day of FEBRUARY, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK D OF BRANDENTON EAST UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
