NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021-CA-001670-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHERYL S. GILMOUR AKA CHERYL ANN GILMOUR, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk and Comptroller Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of March, 2024, the following described property:
LOT 917-G, BUENA - VISTA LULLABY GARDENS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
