YOU ARE NOTIFIED the Plaintiff, Horizon Townhouses Condominium Owners Association, Inc. (“Horizon” or “Plaintiff'), has initiated an action against you to enforce a claim of lien on the following property in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit E-4, HORIZON TOWNHOUSE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1022, page 3337, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, page(s) 5 to 7, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: STEPHEN R. JOSEPHIK, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Grimes Hawkins Gladfelter & Galvano, P.L., 1023 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, on or before 30 DAYS FROM FIRST PUBLICATION, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
