SPRANGER, DECEASED; TIMOTHY G. SPRANGER, JR.; MATTHEW D. SPRANGER; MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on April 18, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED AS: SQUARE 1/2 ACRE IN SW CORNER OF WEST 505.85 FEET TO THE NORTH 340.25 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 2, OF ELWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 126.17 FEET OF SAID WEST 505.85 FEET OF THE NORTH 340.25 FEET OF SAID LOT 14, BLOCK 2, THE SAID EXCEPTION OF THE EAST 126.17 FEET RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 260, PAGE 691, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO, LESS ANY EXISTING ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
