YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TIMBER LAKE ESTATES, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 223, RUXTON VILLAGE UNIT 22, TALL PINES AT RIVER RIDGE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 103-104, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 7613 Roland Court, New Port Richey, Florida, 34654
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. DUE ON OR BEFORE MARCH 11TH, 2024
