NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2024, and entered in 2021CA002820000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and FELIX ANDINO A/K/A FELIX ANDINO; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC. ; SOLIVITA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A POINCIANA VILLAGE TEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; AVATAR PROPERTIES, INC. D/B/A SOLIVITA CLUB; JAMES LOVE; RICHETTA ANDINO; OWNERS SELF FINANCE are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
