NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of February, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2022CA000946CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD FRED GURSKE; YUKIKO MATSUBARA GURSKE; JOANNE NESMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY F. GURSKE A/K/A JEFFREY FRED GURSKE and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JEFFREY F. GURSKE A/K/A JEFFREY FRED GURSKE NKA CHRISTINE MESSIER; are defendants. COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN N. 89 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 40 SECONDS W., 671.73 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 10, THENCE RUN S. 00 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS E., 25 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK 2, OF THE AFOREMENTIONED FOREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION; THENCE RUN N. 89 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 40 SECONDS W., 150.0 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK 2 OF FOREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST HART DRIVE AND THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 22, BLOCK 2 OF SAID FOREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION; THENCE RUN S. 00 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS E., ALONG THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST HART DRIVE, 280.65 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 46 DEGREES 45 MINUTES 49 SECONDS E., 86.71 FEET; THENCE S. 00 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS E., 52.78 FEET; THENCE S. 46 DEGREES 45 MINUTES 49 SECONDS W., 86.71 FEET TO THE SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST HART DRIVE; THENCE N. 00 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS W., ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST HART DRIVE, 52.78 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
