Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Partition and Public Sale dated the 29th day of January, 2024 and entered in Case No. 22-CA-005692, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein PHYLLIS R. DAVIS, TERRANCE E. REAVES, SHARON K. BELCHER, and VARISHA D. GREENE are the Plaintiffs and DWIGHT D. REAVES and KENNETH R. REAVES are the Defendants.
