Final Judgment was awarded on August 23, 2023 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-000419, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and LORETTA THOMAS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ECHELON SERVICES, CO.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LACHAZ THOMAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS
