NOTICE is hereby given that Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on March 7, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 1, THE COLONY AT SAN CARLOS I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1202, Page 785, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements and all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, and all amendments thereto.
Property Address: 7263 Barragan Road #1, Fort Myers, FL 33967
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
