THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN IS SITUATED IN LEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
A lot or parcel of land lying in Lot 15, unrecorded subdivision in Lot 65, Arroyal, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 80, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which lot or parcel is described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of said Lot 65 run S 02 degrees 10'00” East, along the West line of said Lot, for 140 feet; thence run N 87 degrees 35'50” East, parallel with the North line of said lot along the North line of a roadway easement, 50 feet wide, for 295 feet to the Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning continue N 87 degrees 35'50” East, along the North line of said roadway easement, for 80 feet; thence run N 02 degrees 55'10” West, parallel with the Easterly line of said lot, for 120 feet; thence run S 87 degrees 35'50” West, parallel with said North line, for 80 feet; thence run S 02 degrees 55'10” East, parallel with said East line, for 120 feet to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH the hereinabove described roadway easement, 50 feet wide.
