BOOK 5416, PAGES 1159 THROUGH 1247, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 74 THROUGH 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly identified as: 3650 41st Way S., Unit 70C, St. Petersburg, FL 33711
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Kari L. Martin, whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, and to file the original with the Clerk of this
Court, either before service of your defenses on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint of petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
