NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 2, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 2023CA000257CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, Plaintiff and RONALD T. DUNKLEMAN are defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on May 1, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
