NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2024, and entered in 2022CA003237CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST CARL BRONERSKY A/K/A CARL S. BRONERSKY A/K/A CARL STEVEN BRONERSKY, DECEASED; BARBARA STILLWELL A/K/A BARBARA M. STILLWELL A/K/A BARBARA MCCOY STILLWELL; CHRISTOPHER BRONERSKY; AMANDA CABLE-BRONERSKY; MAGNOLIA VALLEY CONDOMINIUM, INCORPORATED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CIITBANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER C, BUILDING NUMBER 5, MAGNOLIA VALLEY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 95-96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED HERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 655, PAGE 408-455, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
