NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure signed on February 14, 2024 and filed in Civil Case Number 23-CA-011738 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XI TRUST is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER GRASSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER GRASSO; RIVER WALK TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRUIST BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SUNTRUST BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, Cindy Stuart, the Clerk of the Court & Comptroller for Hillsborough County, Florida shall sell the subject property to the highest bidder for cash at public sale on May 15, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed below and after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Hillsborough County, Florida, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

THE SALE WILL BE MADE PURSUANT TO THE FINAL JUDGMENT.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THE FINAL JUDGMENT.
