NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on December 12, 2023 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for an Order Cancelling February 13, 2024 Foreclosure Sale and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale for March 15, 2024 entered on February 13, 2024 in Civil Case Number 2023CA005280000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein GRANITE HILLS VENTURES, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF TEXTBOOK HOLDINGS TRUST is the Plaintiff and HOPE RISE DEVELOPMENT LLC; EMMANUEL MOHAMMED, INDIVIDUALLY AS GUARANTOR; WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE ASPEN INCOME TRUST; TERRY ROBERTS SITE WORK, INC.; GRASCO, LLC A/K/A GRASCO LLC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, the Polk County Clerk of Courts & Country Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET on March 15, 2024 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Polk County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
