YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property in Polk County, Florida:
Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 2, ORANGE-SHORES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 8, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esquire, 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before March 25, 2024 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
