NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2022CA002532CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company, Plaintiff and James Charles Nutt a/k/a James C. Nutt, As Personal Representative of the Estate of Walter J. Nutt are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 20, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, HUDSON HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6. AT PAGE 94, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
