Sealed bids will be received at the Oakland Town Hall, Town Clerk's Office, 230 North Tubb Street, Oakland, Florida up to 2:00 PM, March 21, 2024 for:

Solicitation packages including plans, specifications, terms, conditions, general instructions and bid submission documents are now available and may be obtained from Demand Star. Anyone obtaining a complete set of the Solicitation Package must indicate whether he/she is a general contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer, or supplier. Only complete sets of the Solicitation Package will be distributed. Only registered holders of the Solicitation Package will receive addenda.
All questions regarding the project should be directed in writing to Kayla Lockcuff, P.E. of CPH via email: [email protected]. Questions will not be answered after 2:00 PM, March 14, 2022.
Bids will be publicly opened in the Town of Oakland Commission Chambers, Town Hall, 221 North Arrington Street, shortly after 2:00 PM, March 21, 2024. Any bids received after the specified date and time of bid opening will not be considered regardless of whether any bid has actually been opened prior to submittal of a late bid.
The Town of Oakland reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all bids and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the Town.
