Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2024, in Case No.: 2021-CA-010976-O of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FOREST LAKE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHEL T. DRESCH, MARIA DOS SANTOS COSTA and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on , the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 169 of Forest Lake Estates Phase 2, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 68 through 74, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
