NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 29, 2024 in CASE NO. 2023-002730-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, the Parties are identified as Plaintiff, AMERICAN NATIONAL FUNDING, LLC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE FLORIDA INVESTMENTS FLORIDA LAND TRUST #95 DATED NOVEMBER 10, 2021 and JOSEPH S. BERG, TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH S. BERG REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, and Defendants CAMERON MCCRON and THE UNKNOWN TENANT that:
