NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 6, 2024 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash pursuant to the procedures at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of March, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
