NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 15, 2024, and entered in 11-2023-CC-001923-0001-XX of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE ROMAN PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROGER A. SHOW is the Defendant. Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the multi-purpose room on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 21, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in the Amended Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 501 OF THE ROMAN PLAZA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3564, PAGE 1920, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PARCEL ID NO. 70960000264,
commonly known as 886 PARK AVENUE, UNIT 501, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk within 60 days after the sale in accordance with ยง 45.031 Fla. Stat. (2023).
