YOU ARE NOTIFIED that administration of the Estate of RICHARD A. CORTESE has been filed. You are an interested party to the action. Furthermore, a Petition for Sale of Homestead Real Property has been filed in action against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on KATHRYN CORTESE by and through her attorney Chelsea Scott, Esq, 6930 W. Linebaugh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33625, or via email at [email protected] on or before March 26, 2024, and to file the original with the clerk of this Court at 800 E Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 before service on KATHRYN CORTESE or immediately thereafter.
If you fail to do so, the pleading or motion may be considered ex parte as to your interest and the Court may grant the relief demanded in the petition, and subsequent petitions relevant to the administration, without further notice. Furthermore, the property located at 2780 N RIVERSIDE DR., APT 203, TAMPA, FL 33602, will be sold. The legal description of the property is as follows:
That certain Condominium Parcel comprised of Unit Number 203 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of DOCKSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Record Book 6562, Page 1 et seq., and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Page 46 et seq., as amended by Amendment to said Declaration recorded in Official Record Book 6624, Page 462, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with Parking Spaces 5 and #6 in Unit G as reserved for the exclusive use of Unit #203 and not as common property of the Dockside Condominium Association.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request. In order to receive future notices of this proceeding you must update your address with the Clerk of Court.
