Final Judgment was awarded on May 24, 2023 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-011329, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and DIANE HENRY A/K/A DIANE H STRAUN; ROBERT D. STRAUN; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT D. STRAUN; CITIBANK, N.A.; LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF BRANDON, INC AKA LAKEVIEW; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 16046, PAGE 1715, ID# U-09-26-20-29A-000004-00010.0, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 10, BLOCK 4, LAKEVIEW VILLAGE SECTION L, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
