NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 15, 2024, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 23-CA-013122 , wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR MFRA TRUST 2014-2 is the Plaintiff, and HELEN PRIDGEN, OVEDIA DAVIS and CITY OF TAMPA are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on March 18, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
