NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2023 and entered in 23-CC-085230 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Gold Rock Inc., is the Plaintiff and RE710, LLC is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at, 10:00 am on March 15, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 8, River Crossing Estates, Phase 4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 44, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 4636 River Overlook Dr., Valrico, FL 33596 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
