NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 9, 2024, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-011369 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Stanley Paulas, Tristen Paulas, Chatham Walk Homeowners Association Inc, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the March 11, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
