NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY RIVERCREST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Rivercrest Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intent to develop amended Amenity Facilities Policies, including rates and fees and amenity facility rules (“Amended Amenity Rules”).
The proposed Amended Amenity Rules will address, among other things: (1) the requirements for the use of the amenity facility; and (2) the establishment certain amenity facility related fees. The purpose and effect of these rules are to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District by setting policies, rates, and fees as provided by Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011, 190.012(3), 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54, 120.69, and 120.81, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing and Board meeting will be conducted by the District on March 26, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Rivercrest Clubhouse, 11560 Ramble Creek Drive, Riverview, FL, 33569.
