NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-003466 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TOWD POINT MASTER FUNDING TRUST 2021-PM1 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Josseline Civil, Deceased; LUXENE JEAN LOUIS; BINOU CIVIL; JENNY CLAUDINE PIERRE; JEAN MARC PIERRE; Eagle Construction and Development, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 17th day of April, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 42, UNIT 7, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
