NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Directing Clerk to Re-Schedule Lien Foreclosure Sale, entered by the Court in this instant action on the 15th day of February, 2024, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 21 day of MARCH, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 131, UNIT TWO SPRING WOODS MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 56 through 58, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
AKA: 2490 Brownell Court, Lot 131, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes.
