YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an in rem action to impose an equitable lien against real property in which you may have an interest has been filed against you, arising from the amounts owed to Plaintiff under the terms of a First Mortgage Financing Commitment. The real property or its address is commonly known as 28109 Cetation Way, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135, and is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 41, VILLAGE WALK OF BONITA SPRINGS, Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 32, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
You are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of this Court, and serve a copy to Plaintiff's counsel, Stovash, Case, Shay & Pearce, P.A., c/o Robert L. Case, Esquire, whose address is The VUE at Lake Eola, 220 N. Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before April 1, 2024 whichever is later; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded Count II - Equitable Lien as to 28109 Cetation Way, of the Verified Complaint.
