The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 19524 Charleston Circle, Lot #34, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917, a 2000 MERT Mobile Home, VIN #FLHMBFP142445466A, Title #0081466293 and VIN #FLHMBFP142446466B, Title #0081466357.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
