NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 21, 2023, and entered in Case No. 21-004582-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not individually but solely as trustee for Finance Of America Structured Securities Acquisition Trust 2018-HB1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Emma R. Davis, deceased, United States of America Acting through Federal Housing Commissioner, Willie B. Davis, Jr., Charles E. Davis, Jeffrey L. Davis, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board ,Unknown Party #1,Unknown Party #2, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the March 14, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
