ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PARKWOOD SQUARE APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION B, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 103, of PARKWOOD SQUARE APARTMENTS, BUILDING B, a Condominium,
according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3648, Page 313, and being further described in the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 28-30, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 5880 38th Ave. N., #103, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33710
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
