ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 2 AND 4, BLOCK “A”, OAK HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND REPLAT OF BLOCK “A” OAK HILLS SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
