NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 14, 2024, entered in Case No.: 2023 008040 CI , of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DANIEL H. CANTARA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL H. CANTARA; and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on March 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
