NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2024, in Case No. 2022CA003150, of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which LAUREL ESTATES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and David P. Coelho is the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 244, Laurel Estates Phase II, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 165, at pages 33 through 35, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
