Nrisingha D. Mukherjee, also known as Nisu D. Mukherjee, Dr. N. D. Mukhergee, N. D. Mukherjee, and Nrisingha Das Mukherjee, a resident of Pasco County, Florida, who died on November 29, 2023, was the grantor and trustee of a trust entitled:
NRISINGHA D. MUKHERJEE REVOCABLE TRUST
dated January 21, 2005, as amended by First Amendment dated April 3, 2009, further amended by Second Amendment dated December 30, 2011, amended further by Third Amendment dated April 2, 2014, and further amended by Fourth Amendment dated December 6, 2022, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code.
The name and address of the trustees are set forth below.
The clerk shall file and index this notice of trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exists a probate proceeding for the grantor's estate, in which case this notice of trust must be filed in the probate proceeding, and the clerk shall send a copy to the personal representative.
