NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004959-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee is the Plaintiff and Jose Mendoza; Maria Hernandez; Bella Vista At Tivoli Woods Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tivoli Woods Service Association Inc; United States Of America; John Doe N/K/A Margarita Peerles; Jane Doe N/K/A Dianne Terry; Marinosci Law Group, PC are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of March, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, OF BELLA VISTA AT TIVOLI WOODS (A REPLAT), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, AT PAGE 67 THROUGH 71, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
