NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 21st of December 2023, in Case No. 2023CA006277, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, RANDI H. COHN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDI H. COHN; CITY OF PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of February 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
