NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-008078-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and MARCUS L. LITTLE A/K/A MARCUS LEBRON LITTLE A/K/A MARCUS LITTLE; ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIFFANY L. MCGILL; SASHA WARRIOR; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Tamburdzhiyski, Bozhidar; Unknown Tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 63 AND 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
