NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 13, 2023 in Civil Case No. 51-2022-CA-001194WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the estate of Ralph R. Steele, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of January, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 31, WOODLAND HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 70 AND 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
